CSS stands for cascading style sheet. It is a markup language used for designing the layout of the webpage. It can be used in the same place as HTML code or in some external files. The CSS makes our website look more alive. It adds more effects and unique layout to the webpage which would be difficult with only HTML code. The statement in CSS is terminated by using a semicolon. It consists of the attribute name, and its description seperated by a color sign.
