Often stress will manifest when we carry over yesterday's concern today. An accumulation will almost always end up in a high stress level. Here are some tips to dump all of our concerns and concentrate wholly on today.
1. Take in three very deep breaths nd slowly release each one.
2. Use this special time and place to becalm.
3.Free your worries, regrets, disappointments, anger and grief.
4. The very best thing that you can do for yourself is to drink, eat and rest to your health.
5. Limit the amount of salt, sugar, caffeine and alcohol in your diet.
6. Drink plenty water and do exercise
