—there are some difficult in geographic filing method like as ,it is difficulttoarrangethe file without the knowledge ofthesomany places .

Yes and we also need an index about the names of the organizations or persons by which we need to find their location and then only find the document in the file of related place. It is a tidious task for posting and finding out a document.
