It is another one simple filing method,thereis both alphabetic and numeric filing can be adopted ,it is sutiable method.

yes friend here are a number of protocols or rules for filing alphabetically....this one of the commonly used filling system.....

Yes in alphabetical filing, the documents are kept in the alphabetical order of the name of the person or organizations or their location or any other details. It is mostly suitable for small organizations where they don't have huge number files.
