From today onwards stop or quit smoking as well as chewing tobacco.
The rate of heart attack will be less in number after stopping smoking and chewing tobacco.
Control the high blood pressure, high cholestrol and diabetis.
On a daily basis physical exercise is needed and try to maintain the physical structure and also control the weight and If necessary consult the doctor and take medicine.
on a daily basis take fish, fresh fruits as well fresh green vegetables.
Daily walk for half an hour and do light physical exercise but heavy exercise or work can harm the heart.
Do not drink excessive alcohol.
If gained weight then try to loose the gained weight and maintain it properly.
Do not use excessive ghee, fat, salt and try to take less.
Make the peaceful environment at home as well as the office premises and try to control depression as well trouble.

Thank you maya for the information. There are even many young people today because of heart attack. And a short but very useful measure to control heart attack is drinking 1 glass of water before going to bed. It also helps to prevent from strokes.

yes you are right. The preventive measure that I mentioned above, I don't follow that too. But if we keep on following these things then it will be our habit.

Yes this is a good information and we all should follow the given process even if we are not so mature for getting a heart attack. But this will make us follow the steps and take it as our habit.

Thanks dude for such informative thread.Smoking and chewing the tobacco is one of the most common habits of the people so we must aware them about the bad effects of the doing so.And the drinking alcohol is the most common habits of the people which leads later as a cancer.

Yes and there are lots of people who know that it can harm them but also they are having it as they are addicted to these sort of things. Hope we won't get addicted to it or even have it in our life.
