PREVENT FROM HEART ATTACK
From today onwards stop or quit smoking as well as chewing tobacco.
The rate of heart attack will be less in number after stopping smoking and chewing tobacco.
Control the high blood pressure, high cholestrol and diabetis.
On a daily basis physical exercise is needed and try to maintain the physical structure and also control the weight and If necessary consult the doctor and take medicine.
on a daily basis take fish, fresh fruits as well fresh green vegetables.
Daily walk for half an hour and do light physical exercise but heavy exercise or work can harm the heart.
Do not drink excessive alcohol.
If gained weight then try to loose the gained weight and maintain it properly.
Do not use excessive ghee, fat, salt and try to take less.
Make the peaceful environment at home as well as the office premises and try to control depression as well trouble.
