The movie is about the story of Washington D.C. radio personality Ralph "Petey" Greene, an ex-con who became a popular talk show host and community activist in the 1960s. It was released in 2007.

Great acting, interesting character development, good music. The re-creation of MLK's assassination, and the outpouring of stunned sadness, almost disbelief, then outrage, and destruction, was totally accurately portrayed. It was so realistic that I found it difficult to relive through the movie.
