what is the use of the stars that we get after doing lots of postings? Are they only for showing or we will have some responsibilities after we get those stars? Does our responsibilities increases after we get the stars?

The stars are the symbol of promotion. When you become a worker, you will get a star. When you become a achiever, you will get 2 stars, when you become supervisor, 3 and like this you will get promoted.
