First check your account section where there is your address correct or not.
If your address is not correct, don't withdraw money, you earned.
Then go to withdraw section to withdraw your money.
If you are withdrawing first time, you will get pin code via letter within three weeks, needs to wait till a month for pin number.
Then submit code you received.
After that, you don't need again pin number or to wait till a month.
If any problem, contact office.
