My choice is Amaze 4g over Galaxy nexus for the following reasons...
-8 mp camera and front facing camera is 2 mp.
-Expandable memory card slot upto 32 GB
-Surround Sound (SRS)
-And yes the HTC sense is more better than of Samsung galaxy nexus UI interface.

Actually they are both same in performance but these are the reasons for my liking for Amaze 4G but it might be my personal opinions it could vary with your priorities...
