Sept 24, A baby of nine months has dies after an hour of vaccination in a remote village Budhiganga VDC of Bajura.

Oh really very tragic news. How come giving vaccination took that baby's life must have been some sort of carelessness. Hope the reason is found out soon. Thank you for sharing.
