Ground water is the water which is present within the rocks,in pores, cracks and other cavities and spaces which are present in the ground.

Yes I had studied that in the school. But people in most of the parts of Kathmandu is not using it. It can be a good source to reduce water problem in Nepal. Well thank you so much for sharing that informative thread with us in this forum.

Yeah the source of water in wells and tube wells are ground water. Which are purified by natural means after travelling many layers of earth to the deep down ground.
