Sept 13, from the long debate between power and rule ultimately Kubersingh Rana has appointed 23rd IGP of Nepal Police. Rana's appointment is based on seniority, weather other two Navaraj Dhakal and Bhisma Prasai who were junior and left behind in the race.

kubersingh rana became the IGP of nepal now.he was elcted by the prime minister babu ram bhattrai.he was more experised than other 2 IGP
