When a mad man calling himself 'the Scorpio Killer' menaces the city, tough as nails San Francisco Police Inspector Harry Callahan is assigned to track down and ferret out the crazed psychopath.

In the year 1971, San Francisco faces the terror of a maniac known as Scorpio- who snipes at innocent victims and demands ransom through notes left at the scene of the crime. Inspector Harry Callahan (known as Dirty Harry by his peers through his reputation handling of homicidal cases) is assigned to the case along with his newest partner Inspector Chico Gonzalez to track down Scorpio and stop him.

Harry is certainly an astonishing character. His charisma towards his job is amazing and the way he treats others is jaw dropping, a terrific performance by Oscar winning Eastwood (Million Dollar baby). His infamous catchphrases make his character what he is "Do you feel lucky?" Many police are used to show a wide cop force, emphasising the power of Harry's reputation.

I have heard of this film before but haven't watched it. It sounds really good and interesting.. I think I must get it watched. Well thank you so much for sharing that thread with us in this forum.
