Sticky and heavy makeup does not respond or get easily removed by just water. Cleaning of the skin is an important task, makeup removed improperly harms the skin and causes rashes, irritation, breakouts, etc. Also while doing makeup, of anything gets grubby, that particular part of the face can be touched up or concealed with the help of skin oils and cotton.
