Sept 10, local people of swoyambhu has caught a rubber Gopal Putwar . He was fleeing after robbing a shopkeeper of Ichangunarayan VDC.

Oh very good news. Thank god the shopkeeper was saved from being robbed. That thief must be given punishment and made a example on entire society to other robbers like him and with the same mentality as his.
