Mixed Economies are mix of free market economy and centrally planned economy.Both public and privates sectors coexist.The private sector is regulated by the government.This model is suitable for entrepreneurship growth in small scale enterprises.

Yes, i agree with you friend that mix economy is the mix of free market, either in Public sector or Private Sector.. and this is one of the most important thing that our country has to follow for the Better of the Economy Growth........
