I like carving jack-o-lanterns and last year I made a video featuring some cool carving gadgets. I don't like the mess carving makes, however, and I particularly don't like watching carefully carved pumpkins quickly rot in the Florida heat and humidity. Once you gut and carve a pumpkin you only have a few days before the rot, so using these Mr. Potato Head parts might make the pumpkins last longer. The down side? They don't light up like a jack-o-lantern.
