Manchester United managed to get Striker Robin Van Persie playing for them from this summer. This amazing player switched from Arsenal to Manchester United the switch money was 24 million pound.

The PFA Players' player of the year for 2011/12, RvP appears to have finally overcome nagging injuries to become a world-class performer. Awarded the Arsenal captaincy in 2011, the Dutchman had a storming season - then switched to Manchester United in a £22m summer move.
