Sept 6, Janak Chapagai of of Birtamod Jhapa has been quiet when he crashed over concrete road divider with the high speed motorbike in Tinkune Koteshowar.

Does this mean that he has lost his voice or in a deep trauma and shock state that he is quiet? Really bad for him. I pray for his fast recovery. But really being a rider must be careful.
