How to control your temper.

Some of people are short tempered by nature. There anger level rises suddenly which is not good for health. I am also a very short tempered person due to which i have it hard to keep along nice terms with friends and family. Here are some tips to control them.

Learn to maintain silence, judge the situation before reacting.
Have a cold glass of water when angry and stay silent and alone for some time.
Wash your face or have a shower.
Watch something funny to divert your attention from the situation.
Listen to some of you favorite tracks.
Never indulge yourself on further discussion, it will create more tense situation worsening your temper.

The main problem the people has these days is their bad temper!! its good that you have suggested some!! well When I get stress or get irritated there is more chance that I get tempered soon!! so I actually sit alone in my room or either in terrace

Yeah having a short temper is being at a disadvantage to self. You get in discussions and fights. Also i forgot to mention above that eating chocolate also changes your mood and appeases your anger.

Yes I had got the same. So had to rush to psychiatric for whole one year. They say I'm fine now. And thank you so much for those tips. I'm surely gonna apply them as well.

I am glad that my post could be of help. Well it's what i normally do when my anger is on top to blow. Before it was hard and i would always get into fights but now it has gone lot better thanks to the tips.
