how can we increase the height?

hey friend how to increase the height?
i am 17 years old but i am 5'9 inches tall only i want to increase my height more than this and want to be the tallest man of our school..please friend help me

If you are only seventeen year old, your height will growing continue and you should eat calcium and diet by talking with doctor.

Oh so you are 5'9 inch and still you would like to become taller than than.. as suggested by our friend you got to have some calcium and have better diet to increase your height but as far as my knowledge is concern, guy grow up until the age of 25 which is much higher than womens.. So i think you will still be growing taller without even having calcium, but still its always better to consult doctor for better information.

I think 5'9 is an enough height for a 17 years old guy. Being more taller is also not good for health.

Well think thats too much tall enough at this age of yours. I'm just 4'10 at the age of 18 and have the record of being smallest in the class since class 6. So you will grow more for sure.

Well don't hurry growing is a natural process so trying to force it through medicines is not good. You are just 17 and you still have time of growth better take advice from doctor before trying any kind of medicine.

Human are natural, being a natural we can not say that if we are growing smoothly. Now you are only 17 years old it is not necessary to increase height soon. According to doctor the Man can grow until 28 years old in height, then after he is become fat only that means widely increase. So don't be afraid your height is in normal. Ok!
