After giving birth

For women after giving birth they become very weak as it takes lo's of energy to give birth to a baby. It is said giving a birth to a baby consumes energy worth for three years. During the pregnancy the stomach stretches and becomes big as the baby inside continues to grow on. After birth all those skin forms kind of layers resulting as stretch marks which takes long time to heal and in some cases they remain visible if not taken care. If women after their delivery is not looked well like giving proper sanitation, nutritious food then the mother can really be in fatal state. The time a women most weak and vulnerable is after delivering the baby.
