Quality of internet service

The quality of adsl internet service of Nepal Telecom is falling down. On the other hand quality ISP of Private sector is improving day by day because those who are on the top level of management in government provided service; they have private sector service also in the fake name or any relatives. So their motives always go to fail service to promote private sector. Govt. has any plan to control it?

i also think so because the internet provided by adsl of nepal telecom is quite slow and at any time the internet can be disconnected.i am user of it so i face this.

There are staffs but they don't give a shit to the customers as they are just there to take their salary. This way non of the services of Nepal government will be good.

Me too realise that the quality of internet service is very unsatisfactory in our country. I am also using ADSL from Nepal Telecom but now a days it is gonna be very slower and frequently disconnected. I am also using data card from Nepal Telecom but it is also the same like ADSL.

the internet that the NTC is providing is more slow..i hate the quality of internet service in nepal..so the private companies should now do and proof themself in nepal..

So you are using data card from ntc? I think thats more too expensive that the adsl no? You should have used other private dsl lines.

I also agree upon your hot topic discussion of Quality of Internet Service is going down.. I very much agree that these days the quality of ADSL is slowing down than it was when compared to before.. But i feel that the Govt. has to work more on getting the better quality of Internet speeder as now the world is only with Internet.
