August 24, a Norvegian Court has decided as 21 years jail sentences to Anders Behring Breivik, who had done a massacre of 77 people. Breivik smiled while hearing the sentence.

He must be a total mental case or a cold blooded murderer who loves killing people a killing maniac. 77 people my god how in the earth did he killed all those people?. Was it by gun or something else. But i think 21 years is not enough for such a dangerous criminal.
