Vegetable Pulao is one of the popular ways rice is served during the parties and events in the Nepalese household. It has flavor of turmeric and cumin to it. The rice is particularly famous among tourists who prefer eating it with curd and Manchurian.

Vegetables Pulaos are also different types. Some are plane some, are with spices and these days, they are served in the fancy ways. I love it.

It's a wonderful rice dish made by Nepali and can be eaten in every occasion from birth ceremony to funeral.This dish is very reputed in Nepal.
