What's exactly wrong with my Microworker? Empty What's exactly wrong with my Microworker?

I don't know what is going on with my Microworker. My success rate is above 75% and temporary success rate is 74% but still my task doesn't submit when i submit it. Anyone please help me how to get my task submitted. I really am loosing my jobs please tell me what's exactly wrong with my Microworker?. Waiting for suggestions.
