My punishment

There are so many criminals who sexually abuse also called rape girls and women's for to satisfy their lust or to take revenge. The victims are not only physically hurt but also hurt mentally and emotionally. There are so many people who also murder them after abusing the victims. Though there's punishment for this crime still the cases are repeated. Is it because the law and punishment are not strong enough to fear those criminals or the security to women is low. I think while giving the punishment the victim also should be asked about her opinion of what his punishment should be beside death just like the blood money. If i were the victim and was asked i would ask law to caster him and an imprisonment for a life time so that he never may ruin other lives. It sound's cruel but this is my personal feeling.
