Hard to sleep? Empty Hard to sleep?

Most of you might find hard to fall asleep. Sometimes is not much of a problem but if regular then you have insomnia. It's a disease in which falling asleep becomes difficult. Over stress, smoking, alcohol are some reasons which causes insomnia. For earlier stage sleeping pills are given by doctors but taking them is more awful because slowly it turns into habit also the dosage increases with time. Loss of sleep or incomplete sleep makes you tired, heavy body, lack of concentration, problem with memory. It's better to take advice rather than jumping on medication. You can also try things like having a warm milk, or juice before sleeping, avoid smoking, alcohol before bed, light hair massage, reading nice and positive books. Having a nice exercise in morning, fun at weekends with friend's and family, short vacation trip helps you to reduce your stress also helping in your insomnia. If the case is more severe for you then consulting a doctor and acting per it is much better but still don't totally depend on medicines.
