I agree in your post. green vegetables contain vitamin A which is very good for our eyes and thank you for sharing this post.

Yeah, green vegetables are really necessary for eyes. I think it is also important for bones. My height has increased because i eat a lot of spinach!

Yes , green vegetables are fresh and healthy food among all.Too much of green vegetables does no damage to you.So, eat green vegetables everyday.

Yes and to be fit and healthy, we should not only have fruits, meats and other fat containing foods that will help to increase our body volume but the green vegetables are really good with no fats and low carbohydrates.

Yes, green vegetable are very healthy to consume. It provides us various different nutrients required for our body. We get more nutrients when we consume it raw or less cooked. As we cook it, its various nutrients fade away.
