It's a technical stuff. The movie is sophistically funny and thrilling, but lacks continuity between shoots. For instance, agent 86 and agent 99 enters the hallway protected by high power lasers, agent 99 pass through it in barefoot. But when she reaches the other side, she got her high heals from nowhere.
