Anjaana Anjaani is a Hindi romance film starring Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Zayed Khan,where the couples dont know either it is love or what and they just are back in the end..

The most amazing thing, in the first 5 minutes, is one of Ranbir's character's suicide attempts. He walks in front of a speeding car, gets hit and subsequently wakes up in a hospital bed with a bandage around his head and a fake bloodstain on it. I wish real life was like that- more people would walk away unharmed from car accidents.
