The mnemonic used to remember the symptoms of mania is DIGFAST.
D- Distractibility
I- Indiscretion
G- Grandiosity
F- Flight of ideas
A-Activity increased
S- Sleep
T- Talkativeness (Pressure speech)

Ok I understand the sign of the mania I will remember all the time and record in my mind the mnemonic words DIGFAST.
