Many jobs are invalid like the site they provide is not vaild.The link they have given is not valid.The website doesnot exist.In this case can we send them in proof that there exist no URL?

No, you can't.
If you provide any proof of such in this type of jov, your proof will be rejected.
Try to understand the job and complete it carefully.
Don't post the proof if you are not sure.
