The Lotus temple is one of the most visited temples in the world, with over 50 million visitors per year. The lotus is sacred to both Hindus and Buddhists. The Bahas house of worship in Delhi, known as the “Lotus Temple,” is shaped like a lotus flower with 27 gigantic “petals” that are covered in marble.
