It means just wait for 7 days.then start posting something simple without link and without photos or anything.Post at least 15- 20 post and then most probably you'll be able to post links.

You need to wait 7 days to post any links or URLs in any forums.
It is the basic rule of the forums.
be patient and follow the rules.
