Trade refers to act of buying and selling. It is the process of exchanging goods and services for money. It involves in transferring the ownership of goods from the seller to the buyer. It includes the act of supplying raw materials to the producer and finished goods to the consumer with a view to earn profit. The person who engages in the job of buying and selling is called a trader. Trade may be either home trade or foreign trade.
