1. Copy the following in notepad
X5O!P%@AP[4\PZX54(P^)7CC)7}$EICAR-STANDARDANTIVIRUS-
TEST-FILE!$H+H*
2.then save the file as eciar.exe

3 .when u save these file and if it detects the virus then think it works and if does not then it is not working

so have fun................................
