some health tips
here are a few health tips for every one by which you can live longer and healthy :
1. dont take your medicine with cold water. its not good for your health.
2. dont eat heavy meals after 5pm or 6pm. you can take heavvy lunch and a light supper. this way your digestive system will remain better.
3. drink more water during the morning times not at the night times.
4. best time for sleeping is from 10pm to 4am. you get the best sleep and a good dream during this hour
5. dont lie down immediately after meal. sit around for about 10 - 15 mins.
6. answer phone calls from left ear. right ear is more sensitive and have more chances of diseases.
7. dont answer your phone if the battery is remaining to the last line because the radiation is 1000 times stronger.
so be safe be healthy live longer..
