And if we have a good sleap, we have a good dream. Proper sleep and a good dream helps our mind to flush away unnecessary memory and helps to start a good and active day.

well now a days my dreams are the worse getting fear that may these come true and as well if you let your dream be dream it wont come true just go on trying and do hardwork to achieve it.
