about success rate

can anyone please clear me about success rate. I've success rate below 75% so what to do? please clearly define about temporary success rate. thanks for your positive suggestion. Please share your knowledge about this :

It seems that you have sucess rate 36%. Well, you wont be able to submit your work if you have your sucess rate below 75%. You have 5 pending jobs. Wait of the approval of those pending jobs. If these jobs are rated satisfied then your sucess rate will increase but if the increased sucess rate is also not enough to reach 75% then you don't have any other option rather than wating for a month. Then only you can submit your works.

You may be banned if your success rate is below the 75% and your success rate seems to be too low so you be careful while submitting your task and be sure while submitting your task.

You wont be banned if your sucess rate is below 75%. You just can't send your proof to the employeers even if you complete it.
