The company is established to remove the weaknesses or disadvantages of sole trading concern and partnership firms such as lack of capital,unlimited liabilities etc.Company collects its capital from the issue of shares and debentures to the public.Company is the association of many persons for profit.A company is created by law and also dissolved by law.Its existence is all together independent of the life of its shareholders.
