"pleasure",said the fool
"freedom",said the dreamer
"home",said the sage
"fame",said the soldier
"equity",said the seer
my heart spoke sadly,"the answer is not there."
then i heard............
"each heart holds a secret; kindness is the answer."

Really different institutions, organizations and even persons have the different opinions about the same topic. They define each thing by their view or their working philosophy. That have good as well as bad effects.
