The Sherpa Empty The Sherpa

The word Sherpa comes from the meaning of the words "People" and "East" which refers to a group of cultures and the numbers approximately 35000 occupy some parts of India, Bhutan, Tibet and the most of the groups found in Nepal. In general came to know that the Sherpa of Nepal came from the eastern Tibet 500 years ago. Nepal is a land locked country and also small in shape and size that is 100 miles in width as well 500 miles in length. The southern part of Nepal is tropical region and rich in flora and fauna, soils and this region is densely populated by human nature. This is the region of mountains and himalayan range which is not very much populated and is occupied by the sherpas in the middle of Himalayan range. Most of the sherpas of Nepal are settled at the altitudes of 3000 to 6000 meters. The climate condition of this region is unpredictable and changes all of a sudden. The seasons of growing are short and there is high risk of early frost, snow storm and so on. The slopes of the land are steep and it's difficult for the cultivation of crops and also for the farming as well grazing. Any how the Sherpa are struggling hard to survive the challenges in the Himalayan range only by their own agriculture and the nomadic form of herding and is very much crucial the life of Sherpa. Buddhism which is originated in Tibet is being practiced by the Sherpa of Nepal. The ideas of Mahayana Buddhist are based on the rebirth, non violence towards the life of the other people of the same community and other community also self enlightment is a means of becoming the Buddha. The Tibetan Buddhist believes spritis exit on the natural world. The sherpa form of Buddhist is unique and belief in multiple gods, demons, spirits which have the significant influence in the human nature. The Sherpa do not trust in killing the animals and exception when treated their crops as well livestock. The villages of the sherpa serve the territoral, political and ritulistic functions. The of families of these community works together for the preservation of the natural resources and in public for peace and harmony and also helps in the ritual activities. If the sherpas are not in their villages they live in goths and is the addition of shelter which is rich in tradition and cultural identification. The sherpa use the clan system to determine the marriage and identities and has a mountain for the protection and unity with in the clan of the same community. The clans are equally important to all and the members are dispersed amongst the villages of Sherpa.
