An ideal leadership is always situational. A leader has to study the prevailing situation and provide appropriate leadership to his subordinates.

A leader always inspires followers. In the event of failure, he does not shift the responsibility to his subordinates but accepts his personal weaknesses in performance. A leader leads by setting good example.
