Bir Hospital is the oldest and one of the busiest hospitals in Nepal. It was established in July 1889 by Bir Shamsher Jang Bahadur Rana. It is located at the center of Kathmandu city. The hospital is run by the National Academy of Medical Sciences, a government agency since 2003.

and it is also the biggest hospital in nepal and one of the cheapest too .

Bir hospital is the most popular hospital also but the management of that hospital is not good . You can see the toilet and other things. Government should do something in order to improve the cleanness.
