The movie is about Amsterdam Vallon who returns to the Five Points area of New York City seeking revenge against Bill the Butcher, his father's killer. It was directed by Martin Scorsese.

The settings are unique, beautiful, and dark when needed. The characters are colorful and sinister also when needed but it helps to create the tension and violence atmosphere.Daniel Day Lewis steals the show with his performance as Bill The Butcher. The man is really violent and perfectly sets the mood for the movie.

The great movie comes with the great trailer, i watched the trailer and i was stunned by the trailer..this movie is an entertaining pop-corn film. It was a pretty awesome one more better than any other movie.. this movie rocks..I highly recommend this film.

This is one of my best film of all time . I have watched this film for more than 20 times . I like the story of this film very much . Finally I would to thank to the director, producer, actors, etc. for making this film.
