Tranquillo Barnetta joined Schalke 04 on a three-year deal after his contract with Bayer Leverkusen expired following a disappointing campaign and is delighted to be starting over at a new club.The Swiss international described last season as "very difficult" as he fell out of favor with coach Robin Dutt, and then his replacement at Leverkusen, Sami Hyypia, as well.
