The tasks of ERMS:
1. Create a contact record for every inbound message;
2. Classify and route Web-generated emails based on origin,
3. Track and attach information relevant to customer Web activity;
4. Associate a contact record with a customer profile;
5. Identify special handling for particular emails and so on.
