Can not task properly Empty Can not task properly

Actually why success rate affect to accept Basic jobs. It is very intentional work for me. Always workers can not maintain success rate so this system is not satisfied. When workers did their task properly and it will happen wrong then being wrong then employer is not satisfied. Then success rate is falling down the when we start to work and when it check which we did task. In my opinion it will be check nearly about 6-12 hours. Then worker will more satisfied and job will be more effective.

Really i agree for this opinion it will be check nearly about 6-12 hours.

actually the employers will only want to hire those who are good in doing the tasks and if a person fails to do any task, he fails to stand the chalange of the employee. So they kept sucess rate system.
